Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University and brings over 17 years of experience in clinical research across the Sponsor, CRO, and Site levels. Her expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including cardiology, endocrinology, immunology, neurology, oncology, women’s health, and vaccines. Throughout her career, Brittany has contributed to more than 45 clinical trials, working with various pharmaceutical companies and Contract Research Organizations.
A passionate advocate for health equity, Brittany is dedicated to promoting health equity and representation in clinical research. She actively participates in discussions and panels focused on equity in clinical trials, sharing her knowledge and strategies for fostering inclusivity. Her leadership and commitment to ensuring representation in clinical research plays a pivotal role in advancing health outcomes for all communities, building trust, and making medical innovations accessible to everyone.

Tan Yinglan founded Insignia Ventures Partners in late 2017 and is the Founding Managing Partner. Prior to founding Insignia Ventures Partners, Yinglan was Sequoia Capital’s first hire and Venture Partner in Southeast Asia. He sourced multiple investment opportunities for Sequoia including Tokopedia, Go-jek, Traveloka, Carousell and Appier. He also serves on the International Board of Stars – Leaders of the Next Generation, the Singapore Government’s Pro Enterprise Panel and the Committee on the Future Economy's Sub-Committee on Future Corporate Capabilities and Innovation. He is also a Board Member at Hwa Chong Institution and Adjunct Associate Professor at National University of Singapore.
