Johanna Bolinder
As a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the AfN Johanna specialises in advising food companies and health focused businesses on a broad range of nutritional issues to build long term value. Johanna has broad experience and has worked on a number of high profile campaigns at the leading campaigning charity, the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation. In her last role at the global snacking leader, Mondelez International, she worked on business critical product change projects, adding value by leveraging her deep understanding of scientific/ regulatory affairs and consumer and sustainability trends. Born in Sweden but with an international background Johanna speaks a number of languages. She is passionate about food and driving better health for people and the planet through sustainable food choices. She is currently leading the Health and Sustainability agenda at Spoon Guru.
Craig Trautman
Craig Trautman leads Enveil’s global sales organization as the Vice President of Global Sales. He brings more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience in cybersecurity, application and systems management, and other technology markets. Over the course of his career, Craig has led and been part of various teams that help customers adopt, secure, and improve monetization of their assets. Prior to joining Enveil, Craig held positions with major security innovators and providers including Silver Tail Systems, RSA, Shape Security and Symantec.
